Last updated: March 2026
1. Introduction
QI Platform is a trading name of Cutler IT Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 7137788, registered office Unit 1, Mandale Park, Sheffield Road, Rotherham, S60 1FW). References to "QI", "QI Platform", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Cutler IT Limited trading as QI Platform.
QI Platform provides users with an AI-powered environment to discover, build, and deploy business applications through our websites and applications (the "Service" or "Platform").
By using the Service, you are entering into a binding agreement with Cutler IT Limited, and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Content" means code, projects, data, files, and other materials that you create, modify, or access through the Service.
- "Generated Content" means applications, code, and other outputs produced by the Platform's AI features based on your inputs.
- "Input" means the prompts, commands, instructions, and descriptions you provide to the Service.
- "Tenant" means a separate workspace on the Platform (such as a business, organisation, or group) with its own users, applications, and data.
- "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
- "Your Content" means any content, code, data, or materials that you submit, post, or display on or through the Service, excluding Generated Content.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that organisation.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.
5. The Service
QI Platform enables you to create business applications using AI-assisted development tools. The Service includes features for business discovery, code generation, data connections, and application deployment. The Platform is designed to be accessible to users without specialist development experience.
The Service utilises third-party artificial intelligence services to generate code, suggest features, and assist in building applications. Code generated or suggested by AI systems may be erroneous, incomplete, or reflect biases inherent in the underlying AI models. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code or application before use or deployment.
The Service may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, which we may correct at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
6. Tenants and Access Control
QI Platform operates on a multi-tenant architecture with built-in identity and access management. Each tenant represents a separate workspace with its own users, applications, and data.
6.1 Tenant Security
Access to the Platform and its applications is protected through our identity management system. To access any application on the Platform, users must:
- Hold valid QI Platform credentials (username and password or SSO authentication)
- Have been granted permission to access the specific tenant
- Have been granted permission to access the specific application within that tenant
6.2 Tenant Administrator Responsibilities
If you are a tenant administrator, you are responsible for:
- Managing user access to your tenant and its applications
- Ensuring only authorised individuals have access to sensitive applications and data
- Promptly removing access for users who no longer require it
- Configuring appropriate permission levels for each user
- Ensuring your users comply with these Terms and applicable laws
6.3 Application-Level Access
Applications created on the Platform can have their own access controls. Tenant administrators and application owners can restrict which users within a tenant can access specific applications. This enables you to build applications for different teams, departments, or purposes within your organisation, each with appropriate access restrictions.
7. Your Content
"Your Content" means any content, code, data, or materials that you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.
When you submit content to the Service, you affirm that you hold all of the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions and rights from the owner to share it on the Service. Except as provided in these Terms, you retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.
You grant QI Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. This licence includes the right to:
- Store and archive Your Content on our servers
- Make backups for disaster recovery purposes
- Display Your Content to you and those you choose to share it with
- Modify Your Content as necessary for technical compatibility
This licence does not grant us the right to sell Your Content or to distribute it outside of providing the Service to you.
7.1 Content Backups
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of Your Content. While we implement reasonable measures to protect Your Content, we do not guarantee that it will not be lost or corrupted. We strongly recommend that you regularly export and back up your applications and data.
8. AI-Generated Content
Applications and code generated by the Platform's AI features ("Generated Content") become your property when you choose to incorporate them into your projects.
You acknowledge that:
- Generated Content is provided as a development aid and may require review and modification
- You are responsible for evaluating and testing Generated Content before any use or deployment
- Similar or identical content may be generated for other users based on similar inputs
- AI systems may exhibit biases inherent in their training data, and you should review all Generated Content to ensure it meets your requirements
- We do not claim ownership of Generated Content that you incorporate into your projects
We do not use Your Content or Generated Content in private projects to train or improve our AI models without your explicit consent.
